Ghost Pages

Over the years there have been many organizational changes to the structure of my site THIS AND THAT. These changes occasionally result in ghost pages, pages that have been deleted in my computer but continue to exist in my server's system. Several of these have high rankings on various search engines, have many sites linked to them or have been bookmarked by people. Consequently, they continue to get very high hit counts and I've decided not to delete them from the server files. The following list is of the most important of these:
